MUNNAR 5

This project is a comprehensive renovation of a single-family house in the old town of Santa Eugenia, a neighborhood in Girona.
It is a 19th-century brick house of 120 m² with a 60 m² patio and a 30 m² terrace.
The restoration was carried out under bioconstruction and passive house criteria, achieving great climatic comfort.
Thanks to the insulation with natural materials such as straw, cork, or rice husk from Pals, a great bioclimatic well-being and vital silence have been achieved to stay calm within the city.
